Description
A delightful, rich and dense cake filled with mixed spice flavours, blueberries, and a decadent biscoff icing. **Blueberries are seasonal dependant, so this cake can also be made with cherries or strawberries. Serves 10, as it is quite a tall cake and very rich.
The spice mix makes it perfect to serve at Christmas, or in the colder months, or in fact any time!.
