Facch’s Fine Foods began many years ago with a little girl who had a passion for the kitchen. While the other kids were drawing pictures on their chalk boards, young Nikki Facchin was writing up menus for her ‘cafe’ and learning to cook by making her parents order off the menu.
With formal training beginning in the army reserves as a cook in the officer’s mess, Nikki has had a long career in all aspects of cooking. From authentic Italian slow food, to a good old Aussie BBQ and everything in between, Nikki is well versed in a multitude of cuisines. Our company is based on the belief that our customers’ needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs.
